These are hard to find (naturally) but I tracked them down.
According to the Muppet Wiki, Sanrio made a set of Sesame Street “Elmo Dreams in Rainbow Colors” cell phone straps back in 2008 and that’s where it comes from.
Aren’t they cute?
It looks like Strapya’s Japanese website still carries them here, but their internationally shipping site does not.
